Relaxation

Our swimming pool, which is open all year round, with a surface area of 160 m² has some great attractions to offer: Underwater massages at the massage jets or the fountain shower and relaxation on the vitalising bubble bench. Relax on the open sun terrace or in the sunny, airy conservatory. Underwater lighting, light effects, music and heated benches provide a special bathing experience. Our pool provides the right atmosphere in all seasons – on cold days heated benches and a fully glazed conservatory with a zone for reclining; on warm days we open both glass doors to the large sun terrace and the beach bar and convert it into a wonderful “outdoor” pool. The pool is equipped with massage jets, a neck wave and a bubble bench.

In our solarium you are pampered by a sun bed of the latest generation – for a complete and pleasant tan.

Elke and Achim are on vacation from 16.09.24 – 27.10.24. During this time the massage practice is closed.

Immerse yourself in the world of relaxation and treat yourself to some time out in our massage area, supervised by our experienced massage team: Elke and Achim Mittermeyer. Elke is a qualified wellness masseuse with DFLV certification, while Achim has an A license as a personal trainer and sports masseur.

Our massage offers

Choose from a variety of soothing massages:

Sports massage (60 min – € 75,- / 30 min – € 40,-): Ideal for sports enthusiasts to loosen up tense muscles.
Relaxation therapy massage (60 min – 70,- € / 30 min – 35,- €): Especially recommended in the evening to wind down at the end of the day.
Stretching and mobilization (30 min – 35,- €): Targeted loosening of affected areas of the body.

Personal training

Get your body going with our personal training:

Let our massage team pamper you and experience pure relaxation!

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer you the possibility to rent your “own” sanitary facilities. We have nine sanitary cabins available in Mediterranean colours, each fitted with shower, WC and sink. Every cabin is individually designed and is spacious enough to be used by the whole family.

In our spa facility you will find everything for your well being. Relax in the sauna or in the steam bath / Tepidarium under the stars – wind down in the adjoining quiet zone or in our sauna garden and enjoy the pleasant warmth of the heated benches. Take time to relax.

Our luxury thermium is a special treat for sauna lovers: this is not a “classical” sauna, but an infrared cabin in which infrared radiation and air temperature combine to warm your body. The temperature radiated from the walls is significantly higher than the air temperature, thus making your body pleasantly warm but still enabling you to breathe easily. This boosts your metabolism and your body can use the energy generated as vital energy.

Enjoy some sunbathing on our large sun terrace at the pool and be served by our friendly staff with a large selection of warm and cold drinks as well as our freshly prepared cocktails.

Take a deep breath, relax and enjoy our wonderful steam bath. At a pleasant 40 °C, you can activate different aromas and relax under the “starry sky” glowing in various colours.

Kids & Teens

Every year during the Easter, Whitsun and summer holidays, we offer a varied entertainment programme for young and old alike. We do crafts, paint, apply make-up, bake stick bread, go for walks with torches or lanterns, play water or beach volleyball and compete for a lot of great prizes in mini-golf, boccia and soccer tournaments. We also offer sightseeing tours, Nordic walking, aqua gymnastics, zumba and much more.

Here with us even the little ones are allowed to show that they just might be a great racer one day.

Our playground has all the equipment a child could wish for whether it is a slide, a carousel, a seesaw, a sandpit, water fountains or one of the other devices.

This room especially for young people has been a meeting place for them here at our camping grounds for many years either to play table tennis, pinball, table football or simply just to hang out with each other, talk and enjoy their leisure time together. There are even married couples today who are said to have met each other here.

Not only children like our little zoo where our mini Shetland ponies Susi and Strolch, our goats and rabbits and many exotic birds live. Our animals may be fed and stroked and are always glad to receive an apple or a carrot. Punctually at Easter lots of new little Easter bunnies are hopping around.

Leisure

During the main holiday season, we offer an extensive entertainment programme for children, young people, families, sports lovers… in short, there is something for everyone: crafts, painting, competitions, campfire cooking, football, gymnastics, water sports, cycling trips, beach volleyball, karaoke, Nordic walking, expeditions and sightseeing trips to nearby areas and much more. Get to know pleasant people, have fun and be active, there is something for everyone!

During the holiday period we regularly greet guests to our camping ground in our lounge with a glass of Markgräfler wine and provide them with all the important information about the camping grounds as well as about its surroundings. Popular destinations for excursions in the region, hiking and cycling routes are presented. On this occasion our animator also greets you and presents you with the holiday schedule of events. Last, but of course not least, we make use of this time to get to know you and to answer any questions and find out about your wishes and requirements.

Wifi is available free of charge throughout the grounds.

Especially in the cool hours of the evening the garden chess set invites one to play a round.

A Caribbean atmosphere awaits you at our pool – enjoy cocktails and current music (e.g. at themed evenings with a DJ), either at the bar itself or in one of the exclusive niches between the palms. Have your cocktail either in the afternoon with the beach atmosphere of the swimming pool or during a romantic evening under the starry sky. The beach bar – the meeting place for everyone: pleasant discussions, a great selection of cocktails with and without alcohol, soft drinks, long drinks, draught beer and much more.

Our flat-screen TV offers guests without TV the opportunity to catch up on their favourite series and films. You can also read a book in our reader’s corner; if you bring us a new book, you are also welcome to take one of our books with you.

The Alsace is only a short distance away so it is therefore not surprising that we have also created an area to play the French national leisure time sport Boule (in Italian Boccia) here.

Make use of our bicycle rental service (cycles and mountain bikes) to take a trip along the Rhine or through the Markgräfler region followed by a hearty meal. Borrowing a bike is of course free of charge for our guests within the framework of our holiday schedule of events

You can use our large barbecue area at any time on advance reservation. A swivel barbecue, an attractive, paved site and grassy area invite you to get grilling and enjoy yourself.

Sport

Strengthen your heart and your circulatory system on our cardio fitness equipment and build your body on our devices for improving your power. From the fitness room you have a direct view of the swimming pool so you can train without worries while your children are splashing around in the pool.

The pitch for kickers is a popular meeting place for all athletic guests and during the holiday period it is the venue of many a small or large tournament.

The beach volleyball court is close to the swimming pool and the beach bar so you can have a quiet drink or just relax at the same time as keeping an eye on your children. Here too, exciting competitions are organised.

Basketball fans can also enjoy their sport at our camping ground.

We can also heartily recommend a game on our beautifully situated 18-hole miniature golf course. It complies with strict tournament regulations and is therefore even of interest for professionals. If you stay for 7 nights or more, the whole family may play once free of charge!

Tennis enthusiasts will enjoy our two attractive quartz sand courts, both designed to protect the joints. You can bring your own equipment or borrow tennis rackets and balls from us.

Our camping ground is the starting point of a well signposted Nordic Walking course which invites you to keep fit outside of the ski season, and to explore the area. You can borrow sticks from us and/or take part in an introduction to Nordic Walking under our holiday schedule of events.

For many years, this has been one of the campsite’s most popular meeting places. Whether singles or pairs, young and old alike meet here and play to their heart’s content. Indoor and outdoor table tennis are both available.

In the area set aside for young people, we provide a table tennis table and a football table which has already been the venue for some exciting matches.

Shop

Our modern and well-stocked shop provides (7 days a week including Sundays and public holidays) the opportunity to buy provisions daily, all year round. It doesn’t matter whether you want fresh rolls and the newspaper in the morning or a good bottle of wine in the evening – our comprehensive, carefully selected stock, also in the non-food range, will be sure to satisfy your needs.
