Corona – current travel advice
The state of Baden-Württemberg has introduced new guidelines for the control of the Corona virus.
As of 16.08.21, proof of vaccination or recovery or proof of testing must be provided, but the restrictions will no longer apply in the event that the incidence figures rise again.
Enclosed we have compiled the most important information on arrival and stay under the current Corona conditions for you in the form of a FAQ. All information is valid for holiday guests as well as for permanent guests. By entering our site and registering, the guest accepts these conditions and agrees to comply with the Covid 19 protection measures.
What do I have to consider when arriving?
Please have the following documents ready for registration in our camping park and at the reception:
Proof of vaccination (double vaccination + 14 days) or proof of convalescence or a daily negative Corona rapid test (self-conducted tests are not recognised).
What applies to arrivals from abroad?
For guests from abroad (e.g. Switzerland) the general entry regulations to Germany apply.
Where can I find the nearest test centre?
You will find a test centre very close to the campsite (about 3 min) at the Pfister car dealership in Fischerstraße, Neuenburg am Rhein. Opening hours are Tuesday – Sunday from 10 am – 4 pm.
What must be observed during the stay?
We comply with the distance and hygiene regulations of the current Corona Ordinance of Baden-Württemberg and have a Covid 19 protection concept, which is publicised on notice boards.
Masks (medical masks) are compulsory in all rooms on our premises, with the exception of children up to and including the age of 5.
Furthermore, a minimum distance must be maintained. The regulations are also posted in the relevant rooms for everyone to see.
Disinfectants are available for use in all rooms.
What restrictions are there on the campsite?
We try to avoid restrictions as much as possible and to provide you with the usual service despite the current situation.
Due to the increased Covid 19 security measures, there may be longer waiting times at reception and in the shop, restaurant and sanitary areas.
